I WANT AN ANSWER TODAY

In January 2013, I signed for Old Mutual consolidation plan and it also included money of R5000, which I was advised that it will be paid annually and I will receive it on split terms. During the period of 2013, I received the funds, but on 31 December 2013 (R1300), I was supposed to receive the last amount, but I didn't get it. On 31 December 2013, I contacted Old Mutual call centre for assistance 0860445445, I was advised that I will receive the money within 48 hours, not received and also on 02/01/2013, I made another contact as I was advised I will get it the same day, but not yet received again. On 03/01/2014, another call was made and I was advised that my benefit was cancelled. I need to know who gave an authorisation to cancel it and under which terms. I will need proof of that request. Or do I have to refer this matter to the office of Ombudsman?
