I went to the Brits Branch a week ago to get my loan settlement fee and they referred me to the call centre and when i call the call center for a settlement they referred me back to the branch and they gave me their contact no: 012 250 2510 and the number its unavailable... I just want settlement fee to settle my loan. No more Old Mutual .. Customer service is really bad.
