For the past three years I have repeatedly tried to register on the Old Mutual website to manage my portfolio of life insurance policies. Each time I hit road blocks and have had to frustratingly abandon my attempt. Finally this morning I set time aside to sort this out and got confirmation that I'm now registered, only to see my id number is incorrect even though they have my correct ID number, as I use this to access the site. I made another (one of several) call back to the call centre to be told "its not their department" at which point I gave up. They just seem to make it absolutely impossible for their clients and their call centre isn't much help. So frustrating and hard to know how to resolve this and worrying as if anything happens to me, they could challenge the claim based on incorrect details!!!
