I called the Call Centre on number 086 010 3038 to trying and get to the Collections Department to make arrangements as i was without a job for 8 months but only missed out on one instalment. Went to Nedbank in Richards bay and trying to make an arrangement, was told that the Call Centre will contact me back. No call as to now. On Saturday 2/3/13 i called to get it sorted out but was told that management was in meetings and should call Monday 4/3.
Made 14 calls from a cellular phone and recorded 1 hour 18 seconds and still had no opportunity to talk to a manager as they are the only person that could help me.From 8h30 i was told to phone on the hour as they were busy in meetings. I dropped calls as i got the impression they forgot about me on one call after 25 minutes on the phone.
My question is what is the use of call centres rendering service in this manner. I started counting the "please be patient as an available agent will attend to your call as soon as possible" 5 per minute. Surely it is costing me money from my cellular phone although it is a Free Call number.
