Good Afternoon,

This complaint comes after 5 calls from your company to which I have answered all 5 calls just to have the phone slammed down in my ear after the call center agent greets me.

I proceeded after the 5th call to google the number I was called from only to find out that it is from your company and that you deliver FNB cards to clients.

Correct I am awaiting my Platinum Cheque card so I called the number back at 17:01 to be put on hold for 6 minutes, to only then hear what your business hours are and the phone hung up in my ear again by your PABX system.

Not only is this frustrating for me to run out of meetings to answer my phone because I am awaiting arrangements to be made for my card to be delivered, but each time I answer the phone I get greeted by a representative only then to have the phone put down in my ear.

It is Thursday 12/9/13 and I have not yet received any call (successfully) to make arrangements with regards to my card. If I do not get my cheque card tomorrow (13/9/13) your company will leave me no choice but to take this up personally with FNB to which I will cause such a fuss that you will lose your contract with them. Jack up your service ASAP!!!
