Have Westbank lost their minds?

I just want to know, have Wesbank completely lost their minds?
I just received a call from a person named 'Lunga' and mind you its 8:30 pm telling me that my Wesbank account
is not paid! To my astonishment he gave me a ID number thats not only NOT mine, he gave me one thats 29years younger than me.
I said to Lunga that this is not my account and that my ID is also not the same. In which he dare ask me where i live. Excuse me? Firstly you dont know what your doing, secondly my personal info is different from the person you are looking for and then you ask me where i live!
I asked this person where he got my number from, and he said the internet! Seriously? is this how Wesbank harasses people? Just because i have the same surname and initials as the person they are looking for, suddenly im the one that gets the call. Looks like they randomly brows the net for cell numbers, which i dont know where they get it from and just start calling people.
Im going to say this one more time! I DONT KNOW WHO THIS PERSON IS THAT YOU ARE LOOKING FOR, STOP CALLING ME!!!
Make sure of you facts first. I wonder if other people have the same problem with Wesbank as i do.?
