I applied for a secondary loan on my house. After resolving the Insurance Issue after 5 years with ABSA, my bond payments dropped to approx R4800 per month. I specifically asked for the second loan not to affect my main loan and they sent me the paperwork which I signed. When the loan was approved, I asked about the 5300 that was in the contract and was told it is just an estimate and should be what I was paying at that time. It has been 2 months of trying to reach the persons that handled the multi loan and I have still had no success. I am still paying R600 more than the initial agreement.
