Countefeit note given over the counte

On the 25/11/13 around 16:00 I went to Pick n' Pay at Station Square to puchase airtime & withdraw R300.00 over the counter, then on the 27/11/13 my mother took one of the R100.00 notes from that money to purchase a few items at the nearest supermarket where she was told the note was a counterfeit. The following day I then went back to Pick n' Pay to return that R100.00 note where I was then advised by the Manager (Obed) that the note could not be accepted as it was not written that it had been withdrawn from Pick n' Pay & I was supposed to check the money before leaving the counter, I then requested that he atleast investigate as there are cameras at each & every till point so perhaps through that investigation he could discover how this had happened as staff are supposed to be adiquately trained to check for counterfeits when accepting money from customers; he then told that they do not have facility to do that & reffered me to their head office.

All I want is my R100.00 back, and for the Pick n' Pay staff to be retrained on customer service, features to loock for when accepting money from customers & management skills.
