Drew cash at Kings Court Standard Bank ATM in P.E. using ABSA card - Among R100 notes dispensed was a three-quarter note (neatly torn vertically removing numbers on one side) - needless to say no shop will accept - went to Standard Bank in Walmer - told not their problem - another division runs ATM's - my responsibilty to take note to my bank (ABSA) and get them to put in a complaint/investigation - i lose the R100 should the other piece not be found!!
