I have been liaising with Jody, who 1stly was highly irritated and impatient when I enquired on an amount of R399 that was deducted from my bank account. Jody advised me that the money was deducted and will be refunded to me as I'm still in my "cooling of period" (no idea what that means and no explanation as to why the money has been debited) She requested that I send her a copy of my bank statement indicating the deduction and same was sent on the very same day we spoke.
I called her today to find out if the documents has been received and when I can expect a refund, she confirmed receipt of the bank statement and further advised that "... someone will get back to you with a refund date" I explained to her that I need this money back immediately and that i cannot wait 42days for this refund to be done as it was not something I agreed to in the 1st place.
She then referred me to her manager Jaimie who was just as rude and unprofessional having conversations in the background while on the phone with me. She then tells me "... you will just have to wait for someone to get back to you" telling me that there are '"procedures" that need to be followed but failed to explain these
