My premium was reviewed in January from R1331 to R1104 and the instalment for R1104 was debited in February. Now in March outsurance debited R1651 from my account and when I called I was told that it was because of the annual increase and also the two claims I put through even if it was not my fault on both accidents. I was then transfered to Ntombi Pani and I explained everything and she undersood everything and also went out of her way to review my premium and also my excess amount. I really appreciate Ntombi's assistance as I am currently struggling financially and I can not afford such a high premium, she also promised to refund the additional amount that was debited off. I must say, it is very rare to find people like Ntombi who really want to make sure that the client is extremly happy with the service. That really made a difference to my situation this morning. I am so grateful to have been transfered to her, outsurance should acknowledge such people as they could have lost one of their clients because of such incidents. I am proud to say I am still an outsurance client and looking forward to a great future going forward. I will keep on recommending outsurance to my friends.
