I have an invisible Private Banke

I have been bumped up to Private Bank by FNB - not sure why - yet my so-called Private Banker never returns my calls or messages. I want to go back to Premier Banking with Wessel Myburgh. He was excellent. FNB, I hope you are going to help me?
