No Support for Weak Banking Technology

I deposited money into my account on the cardless service atm-like machines on a friday. Immidiately the cash reflected in my account and i got a reciept from the machine. Two days later this amount is not reflecting and there is nobody who can do anything about this. I have called general banking, selfservice banking even atm services who all just printed a statment and told me same problem i had called them about. Im forced to go to the bank on a Sunday and the que is so long its going to finish my sunday! Bank shouldnt launch things they obviously are not ready for.
