On the 30/09/2013 I lodged a claim as a seal had broken in our bathroom and the bedroom had flooded.
A large part of the carpet in the bedroom was damaged. After lodging the claim, they sent out the contrsctor to measure for new carpets. That was the LAST I have heard from ABSA. According to the system the claim has been approved but NOT ONE person has replied to my e-mails, telephonic messages. It is beyond frustrating. I sent Marinda de Beer 7 e-mails, she didnt respond. Sent 4 e-mails to Elsabe Jacobs the mamanger - NO RESPONSE. Even E-mailed the head honcho Steve Rampaya - NO RESPONSE!
Come on ABSA this is very poor service indeed... is there ANYONE in ABSA that can tell me who the contracter is and when my carpet will be replaced???
