I have received an Email from Emmanuel Zwane at oneplan asking me to tell him why I wanted to cancel my account, as I no longer need this, I am currently on medical aid that my fianc? has managed to get me onto as I am not working and I can no longer afford this,
I have sent numerous emails asking for this policy to be cancelled but I still receive smses saying that my account will be debited on the 24/04/13.
I am not going to pay for something I have not made use of, and requested before that it be cancelled.
No one has called me or anything and I am sorry to say but this is terrible service.
Atleast I am doing my side by cancelling this before I made use of the service and taken any of their money that they load on their cards, I even done this before my cards can be delivered.
This is really terrible service I am not at all happy I have done my side I expect the same from OnePlans side
