Reverse payment

I made an incorrect payment via EFT and immediately called to stop this. Customer - lack of - Care simply advised that this will be done after 21 working days. I was to and told that payment was already made to the recipient, even though I can confirm that this is not true. Elton is very good at explaining processes and forgetting names but refuses to answer simple questions and resolve customer queries.
