First called to confirm the trading hours of the branch and if I should make an appointment to open a business bank account, to which I was anwered Not all all, they close at 17:00 I can just come in.
On getting there at 15:30 I was told that they cannot help me today because it takes really long so they cant help me today. I told them it is unacceptable so they said they would find out if there was somebody else. Instead the lady helping me sits talking to another employee behind a see through screen. When she sees me get up to find out what is going on she runs into an office. I then demanded to see the manager who had then apparently left. The service given was disgusting. How do you hide from a customer?? I have 3 business banking accounts with Absa and couldn't be happier. Nedbank clearly does not want new business so I will rather stick to ABSA and never refer or support Nedbank in anyway.
