I have a dollar account. I used to receive the statements monthly via e-mail. This stopped in December 2011 for no reason. After repeatedly requesting statements, Charmaine Nair finally sent me one for transactions up to 7 January 2013. She also assured me that the system has now been corrected and I would receive my statements monthly.

This has not happened. I have asked again numerously. No-one even responds to the e-mails. I want them! I need them! I demand them! I am entitled to them!
