On Hold for 40 Minutes only to be CUT OFF!!!

Have an issue where a transaction has been going off my account for the last three months
Have a reference number from Call Centre which I tried getting hold of this morning only to hold
for 40 minutes and then cut off... Enough is enough -I will take my business elsewhere!
