Why is an unprocessed debit order my problem!?!

Goo day,

I applied for a Wonga loan and made sure that I had the funds available for Wonga to debit as soon as I was paid yet on Friday the 1st of March, no debit order had gone off. I called Wonga to enquire and left a call back message on the automated voice system. No one ever called me back and this morning I received an e-mail saying my debit order returned!?! I called them again and now I need to go through the process of making sure they get paid (WITH INTEREST)! Shocking service and time consuming process!!
