This is the second complaint on HelloPeter in a month. Just shows the stupidity & incompetence of this company & its employees.
After a whole month of fighting, explaining & trying to negotiate a payment plan.
After exactly 16 (sixteen) illiterate call center agents. Apparently they still do not understand. I can only afford a certain amount as explained to the 16 agents I spoke to. You still harass me with calls & threats. I have reverted to yelling & swearing with does not seem to work either.

You still go & deduct a double payment.
Congratulations YOU have managed to yourself over.

Do not ask me for this money, the way I see it you already received it.
Please check last mentioned account.
The same arrangement has been made to both accounts.

The last mentioned account was handled by Vusi. Thank you Vusi you DID your job.

Put Vusi in charge of training.

PLEASE STOP ALL DEBIT ORDERS IMMEDIATELY. I WILL RATHER MANAGE MY OWN ACCOUNTS IN THE FUTURE
That way I now YOU unprofessional & incompetent cannot do as you please with my money.
