I wonder who gave these permission to deduct a double payment? Leaving me with R25.60 in my account for the rest of the month FOR FOOD & OTHER IMPORTANT EXPENSES
And this for a company that claim they care (ABOUT MONEY PROBABLY)
Sure I am behind due to retrenchment.
On numerous occasion I spoke to your unprofessional, inconsiderate call center agents, explaining my situation.
I even put it on black & white, so there is evidence of a payment plan. Not even this helps.
So what was the registered letter for? Don't you have anything better to do?

Why arrange a payment plan if you are going to do whatever you like anyway?
I will cancel all debit order with your pathetic company & will manage payment myself from now on.
THIS WAY YOU WILL NOT BE ABLE TO TAKE MONEY ALLOCATED FOR FOOD
Take me to court, your attempt to scare me is futile. I have evidence to support me.

THIS IS IN MY OPINION & I WILL OPEN THE APPROPRIATE CASE LATER TODAY

WARNING TO ALL POTENTIAL CUSTOMERS.
DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.
CALL CENTER AGENT YELLING & SCREAMING AT A CLIENT OVER THE PHONE?
THEY DO NOT CARE ABOUT THEIR CUSTOMERS.

RUBBISH COMPANY!!!
