Bad service re replacing my geyse

My new geyser was installed on the 6th of Feb. The plumber said that due to a short wire an electrician had to do the wiring. He also said he would contact Outsurance to have this done. I am still waiting for the electrician to come. Carrie-Ann Marais is my "advisor" for this claim. I mailed Carrie-Ann and called her a few times with no response to the mails and a recorded message saying "the person at this extension is not available."

I am still waiting for Outsurance to "bend over backwards" for me. After my personal experience with them I consider their ad a bad joke.
