First of all, i would not recommend outsurance even to my worst enemy!! The assesor i had dealing with my claim had the worst attitude i have ever come across in a person and made me feel like a criminal questioning everything i had to say. OUTSURANCE IS ABSOLUTELY USELESS, THE SERVICE IS TERRIBLE. THESE ARE THE PEOPLE WHO ARE SUPPOSE TO BEND OVER BACKWARDS TO HELP YOU... PLEASE, BIGGEST JOKE ON TV. I would love for every manager in outsurance to see this message and hope it gets treated in the right manner.
