I would like to pay a compliment to Carrie Van der Laan, if you check on claim no all the details should be there. I had dealings with 2 other people in the dept and on the morning i spoke with Carrie, I had just spoken to one of the other consultants who told me the system was slow/down i should phone the next day! I was very anxious and decided to call again THANK GOODNESS I got Carrie, she told me to fax the docs immediately, received them, liased with me and basically put my mind at rest. She took control of the situation!
