From Pillar to Post

I applied for a Revolving Loan through First National Bank. The initial qualifying amount seemed a bit much and I reduced it on my initial application. I have since decided to increase this limit. I contacted FNB via my internet banking and requested that someone please contact me regarding my limit increase.
Someone had contacted - however I missed the call. They never phoned back, however I received an email with a number to contact and a reference number. When phoning the number i was told it was the incorrect department, and subsequently transferred to 4 departments thereafter. I then requested a number which I could contact directly when I have a bit more time. This time i was given the number for home loan applications? Followed again by numerous transfers and no result. EVERY DEPARTMENT seems to be the incorrect department. Again today I requested via internet banking that I be contacted, and still have not heard anything. This is marked as a compliment - as I missed the initial call and therefore hope that I will be contacted after this post for assistance, hoping to restore my faith in FNB> I am available anytime after 11 am.
