I had dealings with a assessor, which I was not comfortable with as the dealings seemed "inflated" and not above board. I called Irene, she immediately removed that assessors, and appointed a new one. The assessor, Orbett, made contact with me yesterday, and came to see me, and I am nearly on the road getting my bumper repaired.
If only Everleigh and the rest of the claims consultants was ever available for a client to call them, service would have even been a better experience than it currently is. They never call and if you as the client call, they not available, leaving a message does not help either. Thankfully there is people like Irene that will come to the rescue.
