MY BLACKBERRY 9360 WAS DAMAGED AND SENT TO FINERITE FOR REPAIRS SINCE I'M PAYING INSURANCE, I CALLED IN ON FRIDAY TO CHECK THE STATUS OF MY FONE GAVE THEM THE IMEI NUMBER AND GOT A RESPONSE THAT IT WENT FOR REPAIRS ON FRIDAY AND I SHOULD CHECK THE FOLLOWING DAY FOR FEEDBACK, I CALLED IN TODAYS LATER WHICH IS TODAY AND GAVE THEM THE SAME IMEI NUMBER AND NOW THEY ARE TELLING ME THAT THERE IS NO RECORDS OF SUCH FONE. I DONT UNDERSTAND EXACTLY WHATS GOING ON BUT I REALLY AM STARTING TO GET FRUSTRATED BECAUSE I CANNOT GET A STRAIGHT ANSWER. I AM FED UP WITH THIS INSURANCE COMPANY
