Not giving proper responce - Clueless

Hi,

I applied for a credit card online in January and followed all the procedures. I was contacted numorous times for security checks. I contacted customer care 2 weeks back and I was informed that the card was approved and that they only need my work adress for delivery and that face to face delivery will cost R130. All information was given and I waited. A week after that I contacted them again and was told that there is a proplem. They told me that my application stated that I was self - employed, witch is not the case and it was rectified and will be attended to. Yesterday I contacted them again and they said that they are working on it. They will send me a sms on the same day for conformation. That did not happen. I contacted them again today and still they dont know what is going on. They said that the application was send to the head credit department again. Why do that if it is already approved. They said I will receive feedback soon. Well, that is not good enough. I applied in January and still I am waiting. Can somebody contact me that know's whats going on.
