Very Bad Service and Rudeness of Call centre agent

I called the call centre more than once for them requesting they cancel my DOB as i will be making cash payments and they refuse to cancel it till now. I have told them that they will not find any funds in my old bank account. I have spoken to mostly the male call centre consultants and they have been all rude to me as a customer. I want to pay my account till i finish the loan i took but the service of Afican Bank it in a big way i cant explain how furious i am. It is clear that African Bank call centre is very unhelpful as all the male consultants dont care what service they are giving the client, they need to stop debiting from the old bank acc FNB as they will keep on finding any funds and it such an unnecessary effort for me to call to get any help as African Bank is the most worst bank ever with bad mannered consultants.
