On 12 Jan 2013, i went to Nedbank Pta North branch to apply for further loan on my existing homeloan. All documentations were completed and signed. It is now over two months, no one came and done a valuation on the property and when I call to find out what could be the hold up. I get the runner around. Can someone at Nedbank tell me what happening? I am very irated by the way my aplliocation has been handled - this is poor service
