Went to a branch of nedbank anf enquire about loans on vacant land.
he informed me that they do loans to 70% of value of the property.
i went to the branch in pretoria north after recieving of the offer to purchase from owners. I want to apply but the lady just say they dont do financing on vacant land only building packages.
the question is how can one apply for a building package if you dont own the property and need to submit the building plans for this loan. This property is not on a complex from developer its a free standing yard
clearly this bank dont want to do business any more
