Incorrect debit amount

I have been calling the call centre from Monday as the debited my account incorrectly with R1500.00 instead of the R800 premium amount required. I have been calling to notify them of this and asked for a bank statement to be sent to them which I did at 10am Monday and they said its an error on they side and funds should be returned in my account withinn 72HRS.its THURSDAY today no phone call/no sms/no e-mail from them regarding this matter I was promised my FUNDS back and still northing. I have other debit orders which have bounced due to they mistake.why the would u debit so much money which does not belong to you and make it my problem when you have to give it BACK!!! my credit record will be ruined because of the unpaid debit orders that have bounced because of ur mistake. I will hve to pay more money to hve those debit orders resubmitted. TALK about incompetence from such a big corporate company.
