On 16th of November I was involved in a miner bumper bashing. The guy who rode into me gave me his insurance details. The day after he let me know that he reported it to the police and his insurance. After lack of communication from his insurance, I phoned them on the 23rd of November and still didn't have any feedback to give me regarding the claim. I kept on phoning and eventually on the 12th of December got a response to send through quotes, my licence and drivers licence. I was then informed that Leo Oliver from iTrust 3rd party insurance brokers was dealing with my claim. I have sent him numerous emails and phoned him on numberous occasions for feedback but still have not received any communication via email nor telephone calls. 2 months later and still absolutely no feedback or response from this so called company.
