I got into an accident in May 2013 and started the process of claiming for damages from my insurance. From day one, I can honestly say it was dealing with people from Alexandar Forbes. I was the one who had to call the every day to enquire about my claim application as I was receiving no feedback from anyone. I was pushed from pillar to post and eventually I managed to obtain a courtsey vehicle which I had to return as per contract.
When I was trying to get progress on the fixing of my damaged, I was told the person I was dealing with has resigned and I will be dealing with someone else (who has since also resigned). Now I was given contact details of Antonnate who I haven't managed to get hold of nor has she managed to call back after I left a number of messages requesting for her to contact me with regards to my claim. Six months down the line... no communication initiated from their side unless I call and follow up. Whoever deals with Alexandra Forbes Insurance, make sure u don't get into an accident... service is horrible, which unfortunate considering the trauma during that time.
