First National Bank
How can we not help you

My mother in law passed away just over a year ago and my husband is greif stricken, she had entrusted fnb with her last will and testament however wen my husband had a meeting with your staff he was informed that the transfer would be 12000 or less and now your lawyer has just informed us it is 35000 to transfer the property and in the year and a half that has passed has not contacted us once regarding this issue I have to constantly contact them in order to get feedback I spoke to a manager at fnb trust I think his name is shiraz and was told that he will sort the issue out and would provide feedback wich he has not done!!! my husban runs my home and his mums home as all his siblings are unemployed where do you expect him to get 35000 from when he was told 12000 how does fnb expect. People to pay these ridiculus amounts and you don't inform the elderly my mother in law was a pensioner, I honestly don't think she would of entrusted fnb to take care of her property if she would have know.its jus another way to money from the public I guess.
