I have an agreed deduction amount of R1171.11. But to my surprise for the months Feb and March 2013 my account was debited with R1416.04. I called the call centre in Feb and was promised that this would be corrected and i would subsequently get a refund for the difference. There were claims also that my loan account was in arrears and I have never missed a payment.
