TAKE YOUR MONEY WITHOUT ANY PERMISSION

I agreed to take out a plan with them, that should start 01/03/2013 - they started debiting my account in dec 2012 - is am getting letters that my premius are behind and that they will double debit my account. after various phone calls and emials still got nowhere or no assistance. I was told to phone and email the sales rep that came to see me at work, just to find out from her she is no longer working for them, and they didn't even know that. i would like to cancel the debits on my account that they took without permission or anything that was signed for??? this is the worst I have ever come across.
