Unauthorised deduction from my account

I have accounts in arrears with FNB & the bank & I made arrangement of how to pay back the money. Yesterday that money have been deducted as arranged & to my surprise today, the bank decided to take 85% of the money that was left in my account without any arrangement with me. I appreciate the lady who assisted me when I queried the transaction. She was helpful though I'm not happy with the fact that my money will be returned to my account within 48 hours. I have things due now that I must do with that money. 48 hours is too much for me to wait unfortunately, I desperately need that money back in my account not later than tomorrow.
