I want my money back

I had a problem with a debit order for an unauthorized amount from my account and it was resolved and the money got reversed now they took the money again after they promise that they will honor the arrangement I made. I'm tired of fnb I'm gonna close this account and tell people about their bad service. I want that money back before the weeks starts
