WHERE IS MY PRIVACY ON MY ACCOUNT?

People working under (Goena) is going into my account without permission taking my money after 7 Years, I've been on ITC and now they just go into my absa account taking money without permission, None of my Debit orders will go through I've spoke to a RUDE LADY on number 011 354 5141 and told her that the money in my account is not mine but for my wife and my credit card, She said that i can do whatever i want to she will go into my account and she will take my money she does not care what who says. This is for an old vehicle account 7 Years back. I have not received any phone calls and my number I've been using for years now. No Letters or anything. This is so unfair ABSA is bringing me in trouble and i cannot afford for what you guys are doing to me how am i going to pay my debit orders if they keep on taking as they like out of my account >??? So any BODY can go into my account from ABSA without my permission and do as they please, What i think is to change to another bank this is from ABSA and your clients privacy. And i hope the new bank will appreciate my banking privacy and business. PEOPLE BE CAREFUL ABSA DO AS THEY PLEASE.
