NO PERMISSION TO DEBIT MY ACCOUNT

I would like to know who give permission for my account to be debited on the 25 of every month if i only get paid on the 27 and i gave permission for the 1 that my debit order can go off, now i will have to be responsible for my bank charges once again. i want this problem to be sorted out and while we at it please cancel my policy i dont need service like this where consultants can rise there voices at you while you paying for it.
