I used their services and due to the system that got broken on one of the regions and paid R300 to have it fixed, and was never fixed, i terminated their services. A few weeks before Easter weekend they called me requesting that I sign a debit order form to reinstate their services. I agreed on condition that they fix the system. They did not. They agreed that they were going to debit my acc on the 20th R280. and they have been debiting account on the 2nd with R321 when they are not offering any services to me as the system is not working. Before they even started debiting my account and sent them an e-mail stating that i will have a problem if they start debiting my account without fixing the system, which they ignored and loaded the debit order. I have to reverse the debits every month. They keep calling me and i explain to them, and send the e-mails to each person who calls me, they all disappear afterward. I need them to stop debiting my account as they are offering no service to me
