Insurance Claim, hijacked, claim report

I Nombeko Lala, got hijacked on the 22 January 2013. I send my claim to Regent on the 23 January 2013.
I was given an investigator who came to my house and interviewed me to compile a report on the 30 March 2013.On the 15th of February I phoned to check progress on my claim, I was told by Matshepo Mohlala that she will check, she currently has nothing and she will call me by end of the day, she did not. I then phoned the claims department and received no answer. I phoned the call centre and left a message for Matshepo she send me an email see copy below on the 18 .02.13Good day Miss. Lala, This is to inform you that I have received the nvestigator's report and I'm busy drawing up the settlement figures, once they are signed off by the manager then I will advise on what the amount is and send you a form which you need to sign. I then called her on the 22 Friday, she said she is still waiting for the manager. I called on the 25.02.13, I was then told she is still waiting for the manager. I put a complain and wondered that what is taking this long. I payed for the vehicle that is, its end of month and I wll have to pay again. Im not getting joy or answer as to what is delaying.
