MasterCard pin? No one informed me?

In May 2012 I was told that the only branch to stock the debit MasterCard was in Somersetwest. I drove all the way from CapeTown to collect the card because I wanted to do some travelling and the Mastercard services, purchasing items online, was essential for my travels. I'm currently residing in Bangkok, Thailand and between November and December last year I tried booking flight tickets online. I was then requested to enter a pin. This was the first time I encountered this request and entered my card pin. This did not work so I tried my dongle code. Eventually my card was blocked. I then contacted the complaints department and explained to them my situation. I got the epic reply of visiting my nearest branch! This is after I've explained that I'm in Bangkok, Thailand. When I replied telling them this was not possible, they basically said there is nothing they can do. I then requested a Skype call. I made an appointment for 15:00 South African time and I've been waiting an hour and 15 minutes now without any explanation as to why no one has called. As a young working man I was looking forward to build a relationship with Capitec but they are making it very hard...
