Over a 5 year period I have had 2 cars insured with Outsurance, over which I have made 3 claims. One regarding a smashed passenger window and two regarding panel beating. Every single claim I've maid Outsurance has sent me to a service provider who has either messed me around or blatantly to me. I am not only a customer of Outsurance in case my car gets damaged, but also because before I came over I trusted that Outsurance cared about it's customers and did thorough checks on it's service providers. I believed that going to an Outsurance approved service provider meant I was going to 'the best'. How very very wrong I was. Does Outsurance do any checks on it's providers? Or is it merely a matter of paying a fee to insure Outsurance sends clients there? I have quite frankly had enough of being messed around by useless service providers, and am putting full blame on Outsurance for sending me there, and am going to begin looking for alternative insurance straight away.
