I withdrew from debt counselling almost 8months ago, I spoke to Jaquiline and explained to her that FNB contacted me and advised me that I should contact my debt counsellor, because they have rejected the letter that they supplied to FNB as the NCRDC number does not correspond. Its been almost 6months and my request has never been processed by peak debt counsellors. All I want is for them to supply FNB with the correct NCRDC number so that they can remove me from their debt counselling department
