About 2 week I add comment about Octagen Debt Counsellor and yes they did reply to email and was told to contact my debt counsellor, which the contact details was given. Last week Thursday, 11th April, I emailed mail my debt counsellor, who I think is suppose to handle my account but another person replied and forward my email to another person. I am paying Octagen a service fee every month but no one helping me at all. ABSA is hounding me twice, thrice day and especially at work. About 30mins ago I received another call from ABSA from a strange number 0716043548. Is there anyway or anyone going to contact ABSA and tell them that I am paying account and please tell Call Centre to stop calling me.
