Under Debt Counselling and still Billed

In November 2013 I went under debt counselling and all my creditors were notified. African Bank chose to ignore this and keep debiting my account and I have to keep going to the bank to reverse the transactions. This is time consuming and costs me money, which I'm trying to save. My debt counsellor has also contacted them in more than once but they still do it. I need this to stop so I can get my finances sorted.
