Appalling Customer Service

I contacted PPS requesting a car insurance quote on 29 January 2013.I spoke to Kevin Pillay who even requested that i send him my current insurance policy. After forwarding him my policy i never heard any response from PPS. I even sent this person an e-mail on 04 Feb 2013. To date I have not had one response. This is trully unacceptable and highly unprofessional!!!
